Our terms, privacy practices, and acceptable use policies.
By downloading, installing, or using Mulu Code ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Mulu Code is operated by Mulu Code ("we", "us", "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email.
Mulu Code is a desktop application that enables users to build and deploy web applications using voice input and plain English instructions. The Service includes:
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
The Service is offered at a base price of $1 per month. This includes access to the desktop app, cloud hosting for up to 3 published apps, and all AI models. AI usage is billed separately through a prepaid wallet system ("AI Credits").
Payments are processed through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You retain full ownership of all code, applications, and content you create using Mulu Code ("Your Content"). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over Your Content.
Projects are stored locally on your device by default. If you choose to deploy to Mulu Cloud, Your Content is transferred to our hosting infrastructure. You may delete your deployed apps and data at any time.
Code generated by AI models through the Service is provided "as-is". While we employ verification pipelines and security scanning, we do not guarantee that AI-generated code is free from errors, vulnerabilities, or legal issues. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all code before deploying to production.
You may not use the Service to:
Apps deployed to Mulu Cloud are hosted on Cloudflare's global edge network. We provide reasonable uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. We are not liable for data loss; you are responsible for maintaining local backups of your projects.
We reserve the right to remove deployed apps that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy without notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your deployed apps will be taken offline within 30 days. Local projects on your device are not affected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mulu Code shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.
For questions about these Terms, contact us.
When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and authentication credentials. If you sign in via Google or other social providers, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from that provider.
We collect anonymized usage data including: features used, AI model selections, session duration, and error reports. This data is used solely to improve the Service and is never sold to third parties.
When you send prompts to AI models through our proxy, we temporarily process your messages to route them to the appropriate AI provider. We do not store your AI conversations on our servers. Conversations are stored locally on your device only.
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers, bank account details, or other payment credentials. We receive only a transaction reference and billing status from Stripe.
Your projects are stored locally on your device. If you deploy to Mulu Cloud, your application files are uploaded to our hosting infrastructure. We do not access, read, or analyze the content of your projects unless required for technical support with your explicit consent.
We share data only with the following third-party services, strictly as needed to operate the Service:
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.
We employ industry-standard security measures:
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Usage analytics are retained for 12 months in anonymized form. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any international transfers of personal data.
